Town seeks feedback about website from community

Online survey open until December 10

The Town of Oakville is reviewing the information and services that are currently offered on and is seeking input directly from the community about where improvements can be made.

Whether you live, work, visit, go to school or do business with the Town of Oakville, the town wants to hear from you by completing a short online survey about its website. Through the survey, the town will learn what services, features and information the community wants and how they prefer to search for this information.

“According to town’s 2009 citizen survey, 56 per cent of Oakville residents said their preferred source of town information was through its website,” Mayor Rob Burton said. “We want to hear from the community about what services, resources and information are important to them and how we can best present this content on our website in a way that makes sense to them.”

The online survey is open until December 10. Participants are encouraged to share the survey link with friends and family.
