Oakville celebrates 20th Anniversary of Glen Abbey Community Centre

Free or “retro-priced” programming taking place throughout the day

Celebrate two decades of recreation and culture at the family-friendly Glen Abbey Community Centre 20th Anniversary Celebration on June 6 and take advantage of the free or “retro-priced” programming taking place at the centre throughout the day. Dig out your ‘90s clothing to get in the spirit!

At 12:30 p.m., Mayor Rob Burton and Members of Council will be serving free birthday cake to celebrate the centre’s 20 years in the community. Enjoy free cotton candy, popcorn or roasted corn (for the first 500 people between 10:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.) and prize giveaways!
