Debit transactions unavailable July 17-19, 2010

Please be advised that debit transactions at Town Hall and community centres will be temporarily unavailable due to a necessary software upgrade from 5 p.m. on Saturday, July 17 until Monday, July 19, 2010. The upgrade is a required step to ensure compliance with chip card enabled debit and credit cards. We will continue to accept cheque, cash and manual credit card transactions.

This software upgrade will also impact online registrations through our Interactive Registration Information Systems (iris) as we will be unable to process credit card payments during the upgrade. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
