Why Real Estate
Rick has been interested in real estate his whole life. He bought his first rental property at age 18. Rick found real estate to be the best investment avenue; not only does it provide a roof over your head but it also provides you with a future as most people retire from their real estate assets.
Having worked in sales most of his life, Rick enjoys the daily interaction with people that sales provides. He has worked with 3 different real estate companies: NRS, RE/MAX, and Sutton. Rick is known for being approachable and knowledgeable and continues to be a well respected realtor by his peers, and has received numerous awards throughout his career.
Knowledge is what puts Rick ahead of the competition. Having personally bought and sold numerous properties and renovated homes gives Rick the experience of dealing with tradespeople and fair pricing. “I pass this knowledge onto my clients and treat every transaction as if I was buying or selling it for myself. I want to find you the best home in the best area for a fair price.”
When selling a home, Rick provides personal service. Working with other realtors to see who has buyers for his inventory of homes. Rick works with the sellers to prepare their homes for sale by staging. “All correspondence with my sellers will be with me and not with an assistant. I will educate my sellers so when an offer comes in they are prepared to deal with it.” Offers are always the priority and will be dealt with quickly and professionally. Rick’s knowledge and experience allows him to gauge buyers and sellers resulting in a satisfied client, and this is proof of his 25 year real estate career.
Born and raised in Waterdown, Rick has been educated in construction technology at Conestoga College. Real Estate and Construction have always been in his family and Rick’s know-how has proved helpful in serving his clients to buy or sell their home. Rick has two adult children that he is very proud of.
